Ibiza and Formentera Sailing Cruise Experience
The incredible azure waters and limestone rocks of the Balearics are going to make for a stunning backdrop to this cabin charter in the Mediterranean sea!
The Balearic Islands and their intrinsic beauty await you this summer for a refreshing swim in their blue blue waters. Spectacular trails in the inland, secluded creeks , the unique green of the olive trees and the evoking perfume of citrus orchards will be the frame for a special sailing adventure. Many days of laying in white sand beaches listening to the sea surf and swimming in forgotten bays will make this sailing holiday a really amazing experience.
The Balearic Islands are also quite famous for their mega clubs and lively nights among exotically colorful cocktails, addictive music and lights effects an exciting experience for those who already had the pleasure of a visit and those who are just now starting to plan such a yacht cruise vacation in the Mediterranean sea.
Itinerary
Day
1
Boarding in Ibiza – Sailing to Formentera
6pm embarking in Ibiza.
After settling on board we will sail along the east coast of Ibiza. Sailing in front of the long Playa d’Embossa and stopping for a swimm and lunch in the beautiful Es Cavallet beach. We carry on our sailing to the nearby island of Espalmador, joined to Formentera by a strip of shallow water (100 meters deep), where it’s possible to walk through the crystal clear waters.
Overnight in Espalmador.

2
Espalmador – Formentera
In the morning we will enjoy breakfast in the natural bay of Espalmador and if desired, a natural Mud Bath in a nearby spot inside the tiny Island can be enjoyed.
For lunch we move along the white beaches and dunes of Ses Illetes and anchor near the well known bar “El Tiburon”. An aperitif at sunset is a very popular activity. Otherwise it’s possible to go inside the Island by taxi or renting a scooter.
Overnight in Ses Illetes close to the Formentera Marina.

3
Formentera – Ibiza
Sailing to Cala Saona in the west side of Formentera. Lunch in the very calm and emerald waters of Cala Saona with her nice caves. After lunch sailing to Ibiza to Les Salinas bay. One of the most popular beaches in Ibiza with the amazing Sa Trinxa Chiringuito. In this Bay there are several little hidden coves between rocks and white sands.
Overnight and possibility to enjoy the Ibiza nightlife or restaurants.

South Ibiza
Sailing along the south coast of Ibiza, to Cala Porroig, after lunch sailing to Cala Jondal, enjoying the best beach club on the Island (Blue Marlin).
Overnight in Cala Jondal.

Isla Es Vedrà
In the morning sail 1 hour to the natural and uninhabited Es Vedrà island. Circumnavigation of the island. In the afternoon sail to nearby Cala D’Hort, One of the best sunsets in Ibiza.

Ibiza West coast and Isla Conejera
Sailing and visiting the best spot and coves of the west coast of Ibiza including Cala Molì, Cala Tarida, Isla S’Espartar and Cala Conta. In the afternoon arriving in Isla Conejera, where it is possible to walk up to the lighthouse for an unforgettable sunset.

Isla Conejera and Sant’Antonio
Breakfast and relax in the Isla Conejera sailing to the nearby town of Sant’Antonio for disembarking at 10.00.

Jeanneau 53 looks really extraordinary and is built to sail fast.
Jeanneau 53 is a stylish-looking sailing yacht, representing Jeanneau’s new yacht line of larger cruisers and replaces the 54DS, which sold over 400 copies worldwide. Like the DS model, this new 53 features a blister-type coach roof, but with a much lower, sleeker profile. With its large rig, easily driven hull and spacious interior, it should appeal to many cruising sailors.
The deck is easy to get around and affords good visibility, while still providing enough headroom below. The saloon is light and airy with full-length settees on both sides and a big dinette table with folding leaves to starboard.
This large, comfortable cruiser can be configured just about any way you like and is surprisingly affordable. The discrete modern styling will turn a few heads in the harbor, and the long hull will turn miles easily out in open water. The spacious cockpit should work well both under sail and when entertaining.
