2026 Nautitech 44 Open
An open plan sailing catamaran where saloon, galley and cockpit share one bright, continuous living space. Six cabins and generous deck areas make it an easy choice for larger groups of family or friends.
Life on board revolves around a single open level: the saloon, the galley and the cockpit connect without steps or barriers, so whoever is cooking stays part of the conversation and the view runs from the bow to the sea behind the stern.
Large windows bring in plenty of natural light, while the covered cockpit with its cushioned seating becomes the natural place for long lunches and evening drinks. Forward, the trampoline and lounging area offer space for sunbathing and quiet time at anchor.
Accommodation is arranged across six cabins: four doubles with large beds in the hulls and two compact single berth cabins at the bows. Guests share two bathrooms with electric toilets, and the water maker, solar panel and inverter help keep life on board comfortable away from the marina.
Under sail the catamaran is stable and easy to handle, with an autopilot and a chart plotter at the helm. The tender with outboard engine makes it simple to reach beaches and small harbours once the anchor is down.

About Us
South Sea Sail is a charter company based at Olympic Marina in Lavrio, on the Attica coast south east of Athens. It runs a modern fleet of sailing catamarans and monohulls available for bareboat or skippered charter.
Lavrio is the closest major marina to the Cyclades, so crews can reach Kea, Kythnos and Syros on the first sailing days. The base team takes care of check in, boat briefing and provisioning support before departure.
