2000 Sailing Boat
A five-masted tall ship where the scale and comfort of a small cruise vessel meet the atmosphere of traditional sailing, with wide open decks, three swimming pools and the sea always at the center of life onboard.
Built in 2000 and inspired by the great sailing ships of the early twentieth century, this 134-meter, five-masted vessel carries 42 sails and accommodates up to 227 guests with a crew of 106. Despite its size, the experience remains closely connected to sailing, with 1,760 square meters of open deck where guests can watch the crew handle the sails, follow the navigation or simply spend time outside during passages between islands.
Outdoor life is a central part of the ship, with three swimming pools distributed across the upper deck and a marina platform providing direct access to the water when conditions and the itinerary allow. Inside, the layout combines an open atrium with several social spaces, including a dining room, library, piano bar, Tropical Bar and Observation Lounge. A gym, lounge and spa area provide additional space away from the main decks.
Cabins are compact and designed for efficient use of space, with private bathrooms, air conditioning, flat-screen TV and DVD player, hairdryer, safe, radio, telephone and under-bed storage. All cabins are non-smoking and 220V European-style electrical outlets are available onboard. Cabin layouts and sizes vary according to category.
The result is a sailing experience that feels very different from a conventional large cruise ship: days at sea are shaped by the sails, open decks and changing conditions outside, while the ship still provides the private accommodation, dining spaces and shared facilities expected on a fully crewed voyage.
