A sailboat cruise between the beautifull Small Cyclades islands. We will visit Schinoussa, Anti-Keros, Amorgos, Kofounisia, AntiParos and Paros
Itinerary
Day1
Schinoussa
Coming out of the Gulf of Paroikia we will pass the narrow (and very shallow water) between Paros and AntiParos. Then a long sailing upwind to reach Schinoussa.
Schinoussa is a small island, where agricultural activities are still predominant and where tourism is still not so developed. The streets are not paved and the Chora consists of a few dozen houses along the main road. We anchor in the bay of Livadi and after lunch we will spend a relaxing afternoon. In the late afternoon a splendid walk up to Chora, then dinner in a typical Greek tavern, a little place with outdoor tables, and it makes a very special Greek traditional cuisine.
Day2
Amorgos
We leave Schinoussa to reach Amorgos; we expect a sailing that can be quite intense and fun. Amorgos is a barren island, wild surrounded by a blue sea that contrasts with the surrounding landscape. We anchor in the big bay of Katakopula. Lunch in the bay and then in the afternoon is a must a visit to Hozoviotissa monastery that is nestled in the rock 300 meters above the sea; is located on the south coast of the island. To get there you can rent a scooter; then you will need to climb the nearly 1000 steps, but the effort will be rewarded by breathtaking scenery and welcoming attitude of the monks who usually offer a glass of rakomelo and fruit sweets and sugar. Do not miss a visit to Chora.
Day3
Anti Keros
10 miles of intense close hauled sailing to reach Anti Keros, two uninhabited islands separated by a narrow channel which forms a wonderful anchorage, perfect stop for swimming and to have lunch. Then another short close reached sailing to reach a bay in the south cost of Schinoussa.
Day4
Koufounisia
Today little sailing and lots of relaxation! Short upwind beat to reach Kato Koufonisia, a small island with a dozen houses and long white beaches. We will anchor a few meters from the white sandy beach in a crystal clear water. Afternoon swimming and relaxing; in the late afternoon transfer to Koufounisia, which is an half hour navigation. Mundane evening at Koufounisia chora.
Day5
Anti Paros
We expect a beautiful and intense sailing in one of the Aegean windy areas, the channel between Naxos and Paros; the first part of the navigation will be a close reach sailing, and then it will be upwind.
We'll get to Anti-Paros in the early afternoon and we will anchor in the big bay of Despotiko.
Dinner onboard
Day6
Despotiko
In the morning we will visit the archaeological site that is located on the island of Despotiko. Are the remains of an ancient temple of Apollo, situated on a plateau with a breathtaking view of the Aegean sea.
Then a short, but often very intense navigation will lead us to Pandieronisia, a small island located in the channel between Paros and Anti-Paros, relaxing afternoon and in the afternoon we will reach Paroikia on Paros.
Dinner on a fish taverna.

Yacht - Performance Sailing Yacht
A different sailboat
The boat was designed and buit for fast offshore sailing. She is wider that a standard sailbot of the same size and much more faster.
It is also a very fast boat and is able to glide on the waves. Transfers will thus be faster, but above all more fun. The hull, inspired by modern open ocean boats, has two rudders and is planing; in the right conditions, even 15 knots can be reached safely. The very wide hull guarantees stability and offers great habitability both inside and in the cockpit.
The very wide maximum beam which then narrows a little towards the stern allows for large spaces in the cockpit. Ample space for both those who maneuver and those who relax in the shade, sheltered by the canopy and bimini.
The interiors are made up of 3 double cabins with two bathrooms, a very large and habitable dinette, with a kitchen the size of those "at home".
The saloon has two sofas, which can be transformed into two double berths and a central table.
