Ischia, Capri and Procida for a long week on a sailing boat: a classic but unmissable event that Intersailclub offers you in collaboration with Cabin Charter Company and Holistictravel, for Easter or the end of October and the related Halloween weekend.
4 days of sailing, wellness and fun among the picturesque islands of the Neapolitan Gulf and its excellences, the picturesque Procida (Capital of Culture 2022), the timeless elegant Capri and the green Ischia which offers not only suggestive bays and villages but also the plus of its Spas and Thermal Baths, both natural and in its renowned Thermal Parks such as the Poseidon or the Necombo.
From the Base the Marina of Procida, very central for the navigation area, but also very well connected with Naples Central with hydrofoils and ferries every hour or so, we will set sail with comfortable and new 14/15 meter sailing boats, OCEANIS 48 or SUN ODYSSEY 44 models.
This Crusie will mix a Classic Sail with a holistic activities, yoga and Meditation

Possibility of arrival from 10:00 to 13:00 at our Marina di Procida base
Accommodation on board. Welcome and introduction to holistic practices, Hatha Yoga at Corricella at sunset. Dinner on land or on boat.

8.30/9.30 am Hatha Yoga awakening: reactivation of circulation and breathing, practice of namaskara, asana, relaxation. After having breakfast we headed sailing towards Ischia
Lunch. Thermal waters of Sorgeto bay
Cetraro / San Francesco beach.
Holistic boat activities.
Roadstead in Lacco Ameno or Forio port.

Practice Hatha Yoga upon awakening
Navigation towards S. Angelo. Relaxing stop in Rada a S. Angelo and walk to the nearby Maronti beach, famous for its beneficial fumaroles.
Lunch/Snack and ready to set sail towards the immortal Capri. Holistic practice in sailing.
At anchor at the famous Marina Piccola, near the Faraglioni, you can go ashore and take a walk in the famous little square.
Night at anchor in Rada on Capri or in nearby Puolo, Sorrento.

Breakfast and sailing towards Punta Campanella for a relaxing stop in Nerano. After lunch, navigation along the coast to admire the wonderful Sorrento Coast from the Bay of Ieranto to Meta di Sorrento and for a swim at Bagni della Regina Giovanna. Practice Hatha Yoga at sunset / Sun Salutation and Breathing. Night at anchor between Meta and Sorrento City or in the port of Sorrento, depending on the weather.
5th day – All Saints' Day: Sunday 5 November 2023/ Easter: Monday 1 April 2024
Practice Hatha Yoga upon awakening / Sun Salutation and Breathing
Breakfast and navigation towards Procida, Corricella Bay or Chiaiolella. Relaxation stop in Rada and lunch on board. You will return to the port of Procida by 4pm

The Oceanis 48 has a mainsail arch and centred mast making her well-balanced and her hull offers great stability and comfort at all speeds. This is an important step in the combination of speed, safety and flow when living on board.
With the scope for a layout of up to five cabins, or three cabins with a spacious forward owner suite, the Oceanis 48 also cleverly places the accent on shared living spaces. The interior is bathed in a wonderful amount of light from the large hull portholes and the ambiance can be either contemporary light oak or a more traditional mahogany.
