When you charter a boat with starting point Athens or Lavrion, you need a minimum of 10 to 14 hours to reach Cyclades and as all check ins are at 17.00 of Saturdays you lose one day because you will start you journey on Sunday morning and reach Cyclades Sunday night, and on the way back is exactly the same, because you have to leave the boat on a Saturday at 10.00hrs a.m. and most of the companies are asking you to return at base Friday at 19.00 hrs, which means that at the end you have almost 2 days less of visiting places, whereby when you charter a boat at Mykonos and you deliver it at Paros or any other island of the Cyclades, you board and get out in Cyclades without missing any moment.
