Your sailing trip
Eight-day luxury gulet cabin cruise from Fethiye through Kaş and Kekova, combining turquoise bays, Lycian ruins, coastal towns and swimming stops.
Explore Turkey's Lycian Coast on an eight-day luxury gulet cabin cruise from Fethiye to Kaş and Kekova, returning to Fethiye after seven nights at sea. The route combines some of the region's best-known natural landscapes and archaeological sites with swimming stops, small coastal towns and relaxed days aboard a traditional gulet.
From Fethiye, the journey follows the coast towards Butterfly Valley and Ölüdeniz, before reaching St. Nicholas Island, where Byzantine ruins overlook the sea. The cruise then continues east towards Kaş, with time to explore its harbour, narrow streets and local cafés.
Around Kekova, history becomes part of the landscape. Visit Simena and climb to its hilltop castle, see Lycian sarcophagi scattered around the bay and cruise past the protected Sunken City of Kekova, where remains of the ancient settlement can still be seen beneath the water. The route also includes Uçağız, Gökkaya Bay, Aquarium Bay and Kalkan before turning west towards Fethiye.
Daily life alternates between navigation, meals on deck, swimming and snorkeling in clear bays, visits ashore and quieter periods for relaxing on board. Optional experiences may include paragliding over the Ölüdeniz Blue Lagoon, scuba diving in Kaş, water sports and visits to archaeological sites such as Xanthos and Letoon.
This Fethiye to Kekova gulet cruise is suited to travelers looking for a Turkey cabin charter that combines coastal sailing with Lycian history, natural landscapes and time in the water. Rather than moving quickly between resorts, the itinerary uses the gulet as a base for exploring bays, islands, archaeological sites and small Mediterranean towns along one of Turkey's most varied sailing routes.
The itinerary is indicative and may be adjusted according to weather, sea conditions and operational requirements.
