Explore These Idyllic Islands with Conscious Experiences for the Ultimate Sustainably Curated Getaway
June and September are the most beautiful months to experience these islands, when the chaotic summer tourism gives way to tranquility and the possibility of savoring in a more authentic way all the marine scenarios that characterize these pearls of the Mediterranean.
Ibiza, is the island of entertainment par excellence, but not only that, we will go to the discovery of its most evocative coves and its crystalline sea, also discovering the other face of the "isla loca".
Formentera, the magical island, once the "promised land of the flower children", still hides its hippy soul, and an authentic sense of freedom, in addition to the wonderful beaches set among the dunes and an incredible turquoise sea, protected by the expanses of Poseidonia.
You will be accompanied in this fantastic Holistic Experience by Douchka Malaval
There is no better place to practice yoga and connect with yourself than sailing
The water element and the surrounding nature will accompany and cradle us during the practices of yoga, meditation, breathing and relaxation ... ... just as we are born cradled in the womb of our mother, we will find peace and harmony cradled in the womb of mother earth , sailing between the crystal clear waters of Ibiza and Formentera, finding balance and well-being thanks to holistic practices. The focus of the week will be to rebalance our charka, the main energy centers of our body, whose proper functioning is essential for the good health of body, mind and spirit.
Yoga styles: Hatha, Vinyasa , Power , Meditation, Pranayama and Basic Reiki

Moments of relaxation on the boat and time for holistic practices.
We will perform a shamanic yoga ceremony in front of the islet of Es Vedra ', so that the magic and blessing will accompany us during our navigation on the sea and in life
