Sail between the granite islands of the Maddalena Archipelago and the wild coastline of southern Corsica, crossing the Bocche di Bonifacio to reach Budelli's pink sand beach and the island of Lavezzi.
The cruise covers the Maddalena Archipelago off the northeast coast of Sardinia and the southern tip of Corsica, crossing the Bocche di Bonifacio, the narrow strait separating the two islands. Navigation alternates between sheltered waters inside the archipelago and a more open crossing to reach Corsica, with most days built around short hops between anchorages rather than long passages at sea.
Sailing here favors close, island hopping legs, with frequent stops to swim or anchor off a beach before moving on. Several nights are spent at anchor in a quiet bay rather than in a marina, with the archipelago's granite islands offering natural shelter from the wind and a level of seclusion that stays consistent even in peak season.
The Maddalena Archipelago is defined by granite rock formations and turquoise water, nowhere more striking than at Budelli, known for its pink sand beach, or Spargi, where a string of coves lines the eastern coast. Lavezzi, just across the strait in French waters, adds a wilder character, with granite boulders, a small historic cemetery linked to a famous nineteenth century shipwreck, and almost no permanent settlement. Bonifacio, perched above a narrow fjord on the Corsican coast, contrasts sharply with the open landscapes of the islands below it.
Cannigione and the nearby Gulf of Arzachena carry a distinctly Sardinian rhythm, with a relaxed small town feel and farmhouse dinners that close the week on the mainland side of the route. La Maddalena town adds a livelier note partway through, with shops, pizzerias and a busy harbor, while Capri brings a quieter note near the end of the circuit.
Days generally combine a morning sail with an afternoon spent swimming or exploring ashore, whether on a beach, a granite trail or through a small harbor town. Evenings are spent either at anchor in a sheltered bay or moored close to a village, with dinner on board or ashore depending on the stop.

Day1
Boarding in Cannigione
Welcome on board takes place at 6pm in Cannigione, where the first night is spent getting acquainted with the boat and the crew, with time to enjoy the relaxed, distinctly Sardinian atmosphere of the town before the cruise begins the following morning.
Day2
La Maddalena
La Maddalena, the capital of the archipelago, is a small town with shops, restaurants and pizzerias, along with several beaches worth a stop, including Spalmatore on the northeast coast, where boats can pick up a mooring buoy, the sheltered anchorage known as Frenchman's Cove just behind Cala Gavetta, and Porto Massimo on the island's northern side.

Lavezzi and Bonifacio
A scenic sail through the Maddalena Archipelago and the Strait of Bonifacio leads to Lavezzi, an uninhabited island with crystal clear water, granite rocks worth climbing and a small historic cemetery linked to a well-known nineteenth century shipwreck. From there, the route continues to Bonifacio, set above a narrow fjord on the southern coast of Corsica, where it is worth climbing up to La Rocca for the view. The evening can be spent at one of the harbor's seafood restaurants, with the well-regarded Le Caravelle a natural choice for those after quality fish and a longer meal.
Day4
Budelli, Razzoli and Santa Maria
Today's destination is Budelli, home to Sardinia's most famous beach, with sand tinted pink by countless fragments of crushed coral. The contrast between the warm tones of the sand, the granite rocks and the turquoise water surrounding it makes this one of the most striking stops of the week. The nearby islands of Razzoli and Santa Maria add further anchorages along the same stretch of water.
Day5
Spargi
The east coast of Spargi is lined with a string of coves, including Cala Soraja, Cala Granara, Cala Conneri and Cala Pietranera, all set in crystal clear water, with Cala Corsara among the most beautiful. Anchoring at Cala Grano allows for a short walk to the old fortifications at Punta Zanotto, with the wreck of the Washington, a well known dive site, lying about a mile to the north. The rest of the day is left free to relax in the calm water.
Day6
Caprera
Sailing south brings the boat back to Caprera, with a stop at Cala Italia, known for its natural pool of clear, almost Caribbean blue water. Those interested in exploring further ashore can rent a quad bike for a different perspective on the island.
Day7
Gulf of Arzachena and disembarkation
Leaving Caprera, the route follows the Gulf of Saline, passing close to Capo d'Orso, a granite rock formation south of Palau known for its resemblance to a bear. In the afternoon, sail on toward the Gulf of Arzachena, where the night is spent after a traditional dinner at a farmhouse near Cannigione. Disembarkation takes place the following morning, on Saturday, by 10am.

This is a larger, more luxurious step up in onboard space, with separate zones for lounging, dining and crew, all built around long, relaxed days on the water.
The flybridge is large enough to double as its own living area, with a sunbathing terrace and lounge seating alongside the helm, while the main deck offers a separate saloon and an outdoor dining area that comfortably seats the whole group.
Cabins are generously sized, each with a private bathroom, and the layout can include a dedicated owner's suite with direct access to the cockpit, along with separate crew quarters that keep the service side of the boat distinct from guest spaces.
The galley is built for a full crew to work comfortably, supporting proper meal service throughout the day, while large windows and an open plan interior keep the saloon bright and connected to the view outside.
