Itinerary
Day1
Lipari, Pumice Caves and Vulcano Sunset
Your Aeolian Islands sailing holiday from Lipari begins with boarding and provisioning, including fresh local products selected on site. Departure is scheduled around 13:00.
The first stop is along the coast of Lipari, with a swim near the famous pumice quarries, known for their bright white seabed and clear turquoise waters.
In the afternoon, sail toward Vulcano Island, where guests can hike to the Gran Cratere for panoramic views over the archipelago. The day ends with dinner on board and overnight at anchor.
Note – Extra Night Option
Boarding is scheduled for the morning of departure. Guests arriving the evening before can request an extra night on board at 40 euro per person, subject to availability.
Day2
Vulcano Coast and Panarea Island
Continue exploring the southern coast of Vulcano, stopping near Gelso Beach, known for its black sand and peaceful atmosphere.
After lunch on board, sail to Panarea, the most exclusive island in the Aeolian archipelago. Anchor near Cala Junco or close to the island’s main bay, with the option to visit the prehistoric village or walk to the center.
Evening at anchor with dinner on board or optional time ashore.
Day3
Panarea Islets and Stromboli Volcano
Spend the morning exploring the small islets around Panarea, including Lisca Bianca, Basiluzzo and Dattilo, ideal for swimming and snorkeling in clear waters.
After lunch, sail toward Stromboli, one of the most iconic islands in the Mediterranean. Known for its active volcano, black sand beaches and deep blue waters, Stromboli offers a unique landscape.
In the evening, explore the village and enjoy views of the Sciara del Fuoco, with dinner ashore or on board.
Day4
Strombolicchio and Salina Island
After breakfast at anchor, sail to Strombolicchio, a volcanic rock formation ideal for snorkeling and swimming.
Continue toward Salina, the greenest island of the Aeolian archipelago, known for its vegetation, vineyards and local products.
Stop in Santa Marina Salina for a walk through the village and dinner ashore or on board. Overnight at anchor or in port depending on conditions.
Day5
Salina, Pollara Bay and Filicudi Island
Start the day with a stop in Lingua, known for its traditional Sicilian food such as granita and local specialties.
Sail to Pollara Bay, one of the most scenic locations in the Aeolian Islands, famous for its cliffs and connection to the film Il Postino.
In the afternoon, continue to Filicudi, a remote and less developed island ideal for those seeking nature and tranquility. Optional time ashore in Pecorini a Mare before dinner on board.
Day6
Filicudi, La Canna and Return to Lipari
After breakfast, sail to La Canna, a 70 meter volcanic sea stack rising from the water, one of the natural symbols of Filicudi.
After a swim stop, begin the return route to Lipari, with a final stop at Porta dei Giganti, a striking coastal formation ideal for swimming.
Arrival in Lipari in the afternoon, with time to explore the historic center, local shops and restaurants. Final evening on board or ashore.
Day7
Disembarkation in Lipari
After breakfast, disembarkation takes place, marking the end of your Aeolian Islands sailing experience.
