This 10-day catamaran cruise explores one of the most scenic island chains in the Caribbean, sailing from Martinique to the Grenadines and back through a route shaped by short passages, protected anchorages and exceptional natural diversity.
The itinerary begins in Le Marin, one of the main sailing hubs of the French Caribbean, and unfolds through the southern Lesser Antilles. Over the course of the cruise, guests discover a balanced mix of lush islands, quiet fishing villages and coral-fringed lagoons. Typical stops include Bequia, Mayreau, Saint Vincent and the Tobago Cays, a marine park famous for shallow turquoise waters and vibrant reefs. Depending on conditions, the route may also include Saint Lucia and coastal anchorages in Martinique.
Days alternate naturally between sailing, swimming and snorkeling in clear lagoons, time ashore to explore local villages, and relaxed evenings at anchor. Day1
Le Marin toBequia
Boarding takes place from 6:00 pm at Marina Le Marin, in the south of Martinique. Sheltered by mangroves and a narrow isthmus, Le Marin is one of the safest and best-equipped marinas in the Lesser Antilles, making it an ideal departure point for a Grenadines sailing cruise. After meeting the crew and settling into your cabin, enjoy dinner on board before departing for a night sail along the coasts of Saint Lucia and Saint Vincent, heading south toward Bequia.
Day2
Bequia to Mustique
Arrival early in the morning at Bequia, the northern gateway to the Grenadines. Anchor in Admiralty Bay and relax while the captain completes customs formalities. Port Elizabeth offers a lively yet laid-back Caribbean atmosphere, with small shops, cafés and colorful waterfront life. After lunch on board, sail south toward Mustique, known for its private villas, refined beaches and discreet elegance. Dinner and overnight on board at anchor.
Day3
Mustique to Tobago Cays
After breakfast at anchor, enjoy a morning swim, snorkeling or kayaking. An optional island tour allows you to explore Mustique by road, including panoramic viewpoints and a stop at Macaroni Beach, one of the island’s most famous stretches of sand. In the early afternoon, set sail toward the Tobago Cays, a protected marine park of islets, reefs and shallow lagoons. Dinner and overnight on board in the heart of this Caribbean paradise.

Tobago Cays
A full day dedicated to relaxation and nature. Snorkel directly from the boat among coral reefs and tropical fish, swim in crystal-clear waters, or relax on white-sand beaches. Walk along island trails to discover cacti, frangipani trees and endemic vegetation. An optional beach BBQ with aperitif and lobster, conch or fish dinner may be organized depending on the season. Overnight at anchor.
Day5
Tobago Cays to Petit Saint Vincent
Enjoy a late morning and a final swim with turtles before a short sail to Petit Saint Vincent. Anchor in calm turquoise waters and spend the afternoon swimming or relaxing. A drink ashore is possible in the early evening. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day6
Petit Saint Vincent to Morpion to Mayreau
Short morning sail to Morpion Island, a tiny sandbank surrounded by exceptional snorkeling waters. After lunch on board, continue to Mayreau, the smallest inhabited island of the Grenadines. Walk up to the hilltop church for panoramic views over the Tobago Cays and neighboring islands, then explore the village with its colorful houses and local bars. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day7
Mayreau to Palm Island to Union Island
Late morning departure from Mayreau, with lunch anchored off Palm Island. In the afternoon, sail to Union Island, the main commercial center of the southern Grenadines. Visit the local market, small shops and waterfront bars, or take a stroll through the village after dinner. Overnight on board.
Day8
Union Island to Canouan to Cumberland Bay (Saint Vincent)
Depart after breakfast for Canouan, enjoying lunch on board. In the early afternoon, continue sailing north toward Saint Vincent, arriving at Cumberland Bay. Dinner on board, followed by the option to enjoy live steel band music ashore in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Day9
Saint Vincent to Saint Lucia
Breakfast on board, followed by an optional guided excursion by taxi or minibus to explore inland Saint Vincent. The tour includes a coastal drive, a typical village and a refreshing swim beneath a waterfall reached via a local suspension bridge. After lunch, sail north toward Saint Lucia, arriving beneath the iconic Pitons. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day10
Saint Lucia to Sainte Anne (Martinique)
Optional guided tour of Saint Lucia, visiting La Soufrière, the botanical gardens and the active volcanic area with sulfur springs and warm pools. After lunch, enjoy a downwind sail back to Martinique, anchoring at Sainte Anne. Dinner and overnight on board.
After breakfast, a short sail brings the catamaran back to Marina Le Marin.
Disembarkation takes place the following morning at approximately 10:00 am.
