A week of sailing and mindful practice from Tortola through the British Virgin Islands, with daily movement, shared circles and time in the water.
This cruise is a sailing retreat in the British Virgin Islands. It starts and ends on Tortola and mixes sailing, shared practice and time in the sea, with a route that reaches as far as Anegada.
Days follow an easy rhythm of morning movement, sailing and swimming, with evenings spent together on board or at anchor. The route is flexible and is adapted to the weather and the wishes of the group.
The itinerary passes Norman Island, Cooper Island, The Baths on Virgin Gorda, Anegada, Jost Van Dyke and Sandy Spit. Anchorages are calm and clear, with beaches, reefs and open decks for movement and rest.
Ashore there is time for walks, beach stops and local life on optional land excursions. The programme can include meditation, movement, breathing and water practices, together with a freediving introduction.
Life on board is shared and unhurried. A small group of like-minded people sails together and makes room for conversation, rest and play.
Itinerary
Day1
Tortola: Boarding and Opening Circle
Guests join the boat on Tortola, settle into their cabins and meet the group. The first evening is for getting to know each other and setting intentions for the week.
Day2
Tortola to Norman Island
The boat sails to Norman Island for the first swim, a gentle snorkel and an evening practice at anchor.
Day3
Norman Island to Cooper Island
A short sail brings the group to Cooper Island, with morning movement on deck and time to swim and snorkel in calm water.
Day4
Cooper Island to Virgin Gorda: The Baths
A visit to The Baths on Virgin Gorda, where granite boulders create pools and passages at the water's edge, followed by a quiet afternoon at anchor.
Day5
Virgin Gorda to Anegada
A longer sail leads towards Anegada, the low coral island to the north, with a stop off the reef on the way. Arrival opens a day of open skies, shallow turquoise water and long beaches.
Day6
Anegada to Jost Van Dyke
The route returns south to Jost Van Dyke, with its white beaches and relaxed island life. A sunset gathering closes the day.
Day7
Sandy Spit and Back to Tortola: Disembarkation
A final swim at the tiny sandbar of Sandy Spit leads to the return sail to Tortola. After a closing circle and a last night aboard, guests disembark the following morning.

This catamaran is a calm and welcoming base for a week of shared experiences on the water. Wide open decks leave room for movement, meditation and conversation, while the saloon and galley make daily life on board simple and sociable.
Four cabins offer a quiet place to rest, and the boat is fully equipped for autonomy at sea. It is skippered by a licensed captain, with space for roughly eight to ten people sleeping on board.

Pack smart for your yacht charter: choose a soft bag instead of a hard suitcase, bring lightweight layers, reef-safe sunscreen, and non-slip shoes for onboard use.
