Sardinia’s Costa Smeralda, is named after the dazzling emerald color of its waters. This stretch of Italian coastline is home to miles of beautiful white sand beaches and charming port towns. Enjoy this stunning landscape and the chance to explore the best beaches, Tavolara Island, the sand bar and lagoon at La Cinta and shops at Porto Cervo. Sail to Porco, Santo Stefano and Palau before heading to Corsica’s Bonifacio through La Maddalena archipelago. You’ll see Spargi, Budelli, Razzoli and much more. In the evenings, you can retire to your comfortable double cabin with private bathroom while our crew takes care of the sailing and the full board meals.
Itinerary
Day1
Olbia - Tavolara
After boarding your catamaran at our base in Olbia, your Captain will set sail and we will reach Cala Spalmatore after just 10 Nautical Miles, where we will pick up a mooring to spend the night with the opportunity for an evening swim. In case the bay is overcrowded, we will stay in La Saline Bay that offers a calm anchorage. Dinner and night onboard.
Day2
San Teodoro – Porto Rotondo – Porto Cervo
After breakfast you have the chance to choose between swimming in the bay or going ashore to visit the beautiful island of Tavolara. After a short 2-mile navigation, we’ll arrive at the ‘swimming pools’ of Molara, for a dip in stunning turquoise waters. The journey will continue for another 5 nautical miles in the direction of La Cinta of San Teodoro, a long and thin stretch of golden sand between the sea and a lagoon. If the weather is fine, we will make a stop at Capo Coda Cavallo, a beautiful background for a lunch on board.
In the afternoon the boat will sail north to Ira bay, just after Porto Rotondo (approx. 20 miles), we will reach the bay or we will stop in Marinella Gulf around 18:30. With a short dinghy trip, we will be able to visit the lively Porto Rotondo, a hotspot for VIPs, shops and clubs, for an evening stroll. Dinner and night on board.
Day3
Baia Sardinia – Cala Bitta – Canniggione – Roccia dell’Orso
We will set sail for 13 nautical miles, to Caprera, an Archipelago of La Maddalena, to the famous Cala Coticcio or ‘Tahiti’, a true paradise with its emerald water and white sand. Swim stop for approx. Lunch on board.
Depending on weather conditions we will sail to one of these stops: Cala Napoletana, Passo della Moneta, Spiaggia del Polpo or Cala Garibaldi, all in Caprera 3/4 nautical miles.
We will reach then La Maddalena, in Cala Mangiavolpe pier for the evening 8 nautical miles . Dinner and night onboard.
Day4
Palau – La Maddalena
After breakfast and a city tour at La Maddalena, we will leave the pier around 11AM for Spargi Island in Cala Corsara or Cala dell’Amore (pending on weather conditions) for lunch. In the afternoon we will reach the island of Budelli and the Pink Beach, often named one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, due to the colour of its sand, rich in tiny fragments of coral, granite and shells.
Afterwards we will then sail to Spiaggia del Cavaliere and Porto della Madonna and move on to Cala Santa Maria or Razzoli at Cala Lunga or Spargi at Cala Ferrigno for a chance of exploring the island (the above will be determined by weather conditions). Dinner and night on board.
Day5
South Corsica – Bonifacio
You will leave the port to head for the south of Corsica through the wonderful islands of Spargi and Spargiotto and the "Bouches de Bonifacio" to the spectacular fjord of the town of the same name. With a magnificent port built at the end of the 19th century, it was then colonized by the Genoese who, to protect themselves, made structural changes, including the construction of the citadel of Bonifacio as we know it today. Enjoy a pleasant walk through the heart of the medieval fortifications and discover the 187-step staircase that King Alphonse of Aragon had carved out of the rock. Dinner and night onboard.
Day6
Capo Pertusato – Budelli - Razzoli – Santa Maria – Gulf of Pevero
Leave Corsica and take a swim at Capo Pertusato where you will find an impressive rock which, both for its shape and for its position, has been renamed “Le Gouvernail de la Corse” (The Rudder of Corsica). Then, you will set off for 12 miles to the islands of Budelli, Razzoli and Santa Maria in the far north of the Maddalena archipelago, protected by the regulations of the National Park. The "Rosa" beach on the island of Budelli, is often named as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It owes its name to the colour of the sand, rich in tiny fragments of coral, granite, and shells. From there you will sail around Maddalena Island and Caprera. Caprera is the second largest island of the archipelago, and a fully protected area. Connected by a 600-meter bridge built in 1958, in addition to its beauty and unspoiled nature, the island is famous for having been the last residence of Giuseppe Garibaldi. He lived there for 26 years and left many relics preserved in the Garibaldi Compendium, one of the most visited museums in Italy. Sail to the Gulf of Pevero 14 miles away where you will spend the night. Near Porto Cervo, you can reach the marina in a few minutes with the dinghy, for those who wish to spend a lively evening. The pedestrian area offers many shops and bars. Night onboard.
The morning of the last day will allow you to enjoy a magnificent sunrise in front of the spectacular beach of Grande Pevero. It is one of the most popular beaches for tourists who come to discover the Costa Smeralda. It is shaped like a half moon and at night it reflects its own light. You will continue to the beaches of Romazzino and Principe (named after the Arab prince Aga Khan, founder of the Costa Smeralda) and Li Ittricceddi 6 miles away. After 3 miles of navigation opposite the promontory of "smeraldino", you will discover four charming beaches: Cala di Volpe, Liscia Ruja, Petra Bianca and Petra Niedda, with their very fine and clear sand, protected by yellow- pink granite. Here you can dive into the brilliant blue sea before continuing to sail to our base in Olbia for the last 16 miles. Dinner and night onboard.

This powerful deep-water catamaran combines the outstanding comfort of a luxurious houseboat with excellent performance, both under sail and engine power.
Designed by the architects Van Peteghem and Lauriot Prévost (VPLP) in association with the Lagoon R&D department, the 620 is an innovative solution to the needs of today's cruising yachtsman : Strength, comfort, performance and large choice of layouts.
In the dining room, the settees have been entirely redesigned, as well as the ceiling, enabling more effective indirect lighting, and it now includes the option of installing adjustable blinds on all the wide vertical windows.
On the starboard side, the master suite has also been substantially modified, with a washroom now placed aft on either side of the cockpit access stairs, making room for a large cupboard space in the bedroom. The forward starboard cabin, now a real V.I.P. suite, also benefits from this change due to the volume freed up by the repositioning of the master washroom.
