A holiday on a spacious and comfortable ketch (in good standing with the navigation and safety regulations of the Spanish charter) to the Balearic Islands where you can visit Ibiza and Formentera, going as far as bays that cannot be reached from land. Ibiza at any time of the year is spectacular, but not least Formentera too, and it’s precisely for this reason that you may find yourself perplexed to decide which of the two places to visit first. Ibiza boasts a heavenly sea with a mix of spectacular colors offering great relaxation, including delicious mojitos with a local flavor and fresh sea breezes, but thanks to the splendor of its waters and its picturesque backdrops.

WELCOME CIRCLE ONBOARD: Presentations, holistic aims and objectives of the holiday, explanation of the practices of the various yoga styles offered, meditations, breathing practices, assessment of the degree of practice and any problems of the participants, open questions and comparison.
After carrying out the galley with the help and coordination of our staff, we will leave the moorings.

Es Vedrà and Cala Comte
Yoga on the Beach, Yoga lesson to balance the first chakra - Muladhara means "root" and represents our rootedness, our survival instinct, the need for security, and is connected to the satisfaction of our primary needs, it is connected to the earth element, and the associated color is the color red. Practice: Meditation, Pranayama (breathing practices), Asana (physical practice) and final relaxation
Breakfast on the boat, a nice swim in the crystal clear waters and then sail to the west of Ibiza passing through Es Vedrà, a fascinating stack wrapped in an aura of mystery and dotted with myths and suggestive legends: some say it is the island of the Sirens told in the Odyssey by Ulysses, others a remnant of the submerged civilization of Atlantis.
Moments of relaxation on the boat and time for holistic practices.
We will perform a shamanic yoga ceremony in front of the islet of Es Vedra ', so that the magic and blessing will accompany us during our navigation on the sea and in life
Sail to Cala Comte for the Puesta del Sol, an Ibizan ritual to admire the breathtaking sunset with the island of Conijera as a backdrop, in a characteristic chiringuito of the island.

Formentera / Cala Saona
Yoga awakening in Cala Comte, Yoga lesson on the ground to balance the second chakra - Svadhisthana means "sweet" and "your own place". It is the sacral chakra, and is located at the level of the genitals. It represents the ability to feel emotions such as desire, pleasure, sexuality and physical creativity. Breakfast and swim in this bay before hoisting the sails towards Cala Tarida, Cala D'Hort or Cala Llentresca, to then sail to Formentera passing through the red cliffs of Porroig, until reaching Cala Saona, nestled between Punta Pedrera and Puta Rasa, one of the most evocative bays in all of Formentera, where the contrast between the red color of the rocks, the brilliant white of the sand and the intense turquoise of the sea, with the view of the island of Ibiza on the horizon, is something truly unique it's magic. Formetera / Illetes
Waking up yogi in Cala Saona, breakfast and sailing to discover the most evocative and isolated coves of Formentera, to then reach Illetes, whose name means "beach of the small islands" so called because it is protected by several islets. A long strip of fine sand overlooking two seas with calm, turquoise and crystalline waters on one side, more lively and impetuous on the other: a real marine paradise that will remain indelible in memories. From here it will be possible to take a beautiful walk until you reach the most extreme and wildest part of the strip of sand where we can devote ourselves to our holistic practices. Dinner and overnight at anchor.

Formentera
Awakening IN ILLETAS Yoga lesson on the ground to awaken the fourth chakra - Anahata is the heart chakra, and represents the center of the entire energy system of the chakras. The function of this energy center is that which gives us the ability to express pure and unconditional love, connected to the AIR element and to the green color. Practice: Meditation, Pranayama (breathing practices), Asana (physical practice) and final relaxation
Breakfast and route to the port of La Savina where we will go ashore for a day dedicated to discovering the hippy soul of Formentera. It will be possible to rent an electric bike and choose one of the 12 cycle routes of the island all together, to discover the magic of Formentera through the ancient rural roads that wind between capes and pine forests, skirting sand dunes and lagoons and climbing, perhaps until you reach Cap de Barberia, with the suggestive lighthouse overlooking the sea.
There will be moments of relaxation dedicated to holistic practices in one of the most energetic places on the island.

Awakening and direction Espalmador where - Yoga lesson on the ground to awaken the fifth chakra - Vishuddha is the Sanskrit name of the throat chakra, and means: "pure".
This chakra is located at the level of the throat, and represents the ability to express what one has inside, communication and creativity. Its color is blue, a symbol of truth, purity, cleanliness and tranquility. Practice: Meditation, Pranayama (breathing practices), Asana (physical practice) and final relaxation

Cala Jondal - Sant Antony Portmany
Waking up in Cala Jondal. Yoga lesson on the ground to awaken the sixth and seventh chakras
the sixth chakra is located in the center of the forehead; its name in Sanskrit is Ajna (perceive, is the seat of our intuition), Ajna is also called the third eye chakra. Its function is intuition and vision. Indigo color - it is not connected to any element
The seventh chakra, or "Crown Chakra", is located on the top of the skull and means "a thousand times". Represents the state of "super consciousness", is associated with the pineal gland. Purple color - it is not connected to any element
