A week between the magic and energy of the Aeolian Islands, sailing among the islands of the mythological Aeolus, undisputed god of the winds, and going to discover the ancestral fascinations of two volcanoes still active: Stromboli, the lava giant that enchants with primal force of its eruptions and Vulcan, home of the god of fire.
A unique experience where you can combine moments of relaxation on a sailboat and on land, the opportunity to practice yoga, meditation or Gong Therapy and meditation.
A holistic vacation on a sailing boat to rebalance their energies, rediscover the deepest harmony with their inner essence and enter into connection with the energy of the 4 Elements (Aqua, Air, Earth and Fire) that manifests itself in these islands in all its essence.
Together with our Holistic Teachers, Lara Della Luna or Lila Marga, every day it will be possible to practice Kundalini yoga and Gong Therapy or Yantra Artha Yoga and Meditation pranayama in connection with the 4 Elements and discover the beneficial power of the wind and the sea.
Itinerary
Day
1
Tropea - Stromboli
Arrival in Tropea, accommodation by boat / catamaran and breafing with the Skipper and our Holistic Teachers, Lara Della Luna or Lila Marga . We set sail towards Stromboli where we will arrive in the evening. We will do yoga / meditation at sunset in the sea or gong therapy under the stars in one of the bays of Stromboli, in the sea, but under the protection of the Volcano to perceive its energy. Overnight stay in Stromboli.

Stromboli - Salina
Yogi awakening. Yoga and meditation on the black beach to connect to the energy of the 4 Elements. Walk through the streets of the village and the coves of black volcanic sand, to discover the most characteristic views of the island. In the afternoon we sail towards Ginostra and then towards Salina. Meditation or Gong terapy under the stars in the bay of Santa Marina di Salina. Overnight in the harbor at Santa Marina di Salina.

Salina
Yogi awakening; yoga and meditation by boat or on Lingua beach. Aeolian breakfast to taste the granita and the specialties of the island. Sailing towards the bay of Pollara. Visit to the stone village of Pollara. Yoga, meditation or gong therapy at sunset in the port of Pollara. Return in front of the Salina marina. Dinner on the boat.

Salina - Filicudi
Departure from the port of Salina Sailing to Capo Graziano. Stop relaxing lunch time. Sailing towards the grotto of the marine ox, relaxation and snorkelling in La Canna. Yoga, meditation or gong terapy at sunset in Filicudi. Pecorini port mooring or main port according to weather conditions. Aperitif / dinner in a typical local restaurant

Filicudi - Vulcano
From Filicudi sailing towards Lipari. Yoga, meditation or gong terapy under faraglioni of Lipari. Relax and lunch at Mulberry. 18.00 entrance to Vulcano harbor. Typical Aeolian dinner in a farmhouse

Vulcano - Panarea
Tour of the island to admire the most evocative places: Gelso, Vulcanello, the Valley of the Monsters and the black beaches. Climb to the top of the Gran Cratere di Vulcano (1 hour walk - recommended trekking shoes). During the tour our Holistic Teachers, Lara Della Luna or Lila Marga will find the most suitable places and moments to connect with the energy of the volcano and the 4 Elements. Return by boat early in the afternoon, then sail to Panarea. Relax. Yoga, meditation or gong therapy at twilight in Cala degli Zimmari. Dinner in the harbor and walk in the alleys of Panarea.

Panarea - Tropea
Awakening yogis in the boat. Breakfast and set sail for a morning dedicated to relaxation and practices of yoga, meditation and even the baths in the incredible bays that offers Baliluzzo or Lisca Bianca, where we will be immersed and surrounded by a wild and wild nature, from the picturesque seabeds to the sheer cliffs of these Aeolian atolls. After 15.00 you will go to Tropea. Yoga, meditation or gong therapy at twilight at Capo Vaticano or in the Bay of Tropea. Return to Porto for 18:30 Dinner in one of the typical Calabrian restaurants in the historic center of Tropea.
Tropea: Awakening yogi by boat or on the beach. Breakfast and disembarkation.
