The incredible azure waters and limestone rocks of the Balearics are going to make for a stunning backdrop to this Pilates sailing cruises!
We are waiting for you on board of our beautiful sailboat where we could live a week of well-being and get back into shape. In the morning I will help you to awaken the body and mind with pilates exercises that lengthen the musculature and immediately after a balanced breakfast.
In the afternoon we will stop in a fabulous location where we will do toning exercises with the help of some tools.
We will make a galley of healthy foods that will be carefully chosen for balanced pastries.
Pilates is a discipline that helps to find the right posture to be able to do correct exercises that allow you to work safely and with an immediate and tangible result
The Balearic Islands and their intrinsic beauty await you this summer for a refreshing swim in their blue blue waters. Spectacular trails in the inland, secluded creeks , the unique green of the olive trees and the evoking perfume of citrus orchards will be the frame for a special sailing adventure. Many days of laying in white sand beaches listening to the sea surf and swimming in forgotten bays will make this sailing holiday a really amazing experience.

1
Ibiza
Boarding on Tuesday afternoon from 6.00 pm at the Ibiza Marina, where a welcome drink will be waiting for you: a moment to get to know us all, but above all to know the boat, especially for those who have never had a vacation on a boat.
You can reach the Marina from the airport with the Bus nr. 10 at a cost of 3.50 euros
In the evening, after having taken a seat in your cabin (as indicated by the skipper) and met the other members of the crew, ready to go !!! ... evening in the narrow streets of the old town of Ibiza with a dinner of local specialties. Whoever wants, will be able to wait for the parade of discos for the city. It is always a fun show with music and dancing ..

Espalmador
After breakfast there will be a briefing with the skipper before going, all together, to do the weekly galley (food shopping and drinks). Around noon we will be ready to maneuver to leave the mooring sailing for about 10 miles towards the natural reserve of Espalmador. This island can be reached only by boat: we will find miles of totally virgin white sand beaches, without any construction, except for a watch tower, the Torre de Sant Guardiola; so we will be in an exclusive and wild place at the same time. A dip, a walk along the beautiful white and pink beach, a visit to the salt pans and we will enjoy the first aperitif with a beautiful sunset!
