Holistic Travel offers a Sailing, Yoga and Gong Therapy Cruise between the islands of the Neapolitan archipelago and the Pontine Islands.
"The green island", where we will relax in the warm waters of the thermal baths; the small and wild Procida, with its extraordinary sea views and tranquil coves; the unforgettable Capri, called "the immortal"; and the island of Ventotene, the most suggestive of all the Pontine islands.
A unique experience where you can combine moments of fun on a sailing boat with the opportunity to dedicate yourself to holistic practices, relaxing and finding the deepest harmony with your inner essence and with the energies of nature, the sea, the wind and the land.

Itinerary
Day1
Castellamare di Stabia, Naples
Embarkation from 4.00 pm in Castellamare del Golfo (Naples). Set in the Gulf of Naples, the city of Castellamare di Stabia is one of the most characteristic tourist destinations of the Gulf of Naples. Accommodation on board, galley, briefing and first meeting with our Holistic Instructor. Depending on the weather, we will sail to a nearby bay to spend the first night at anchor under the stars in Meta di Sorrento.
Day2
Marina di Puolo Sorrento - Capri
Awakening yogis and after breakfast browsing and relaxing in the nearby Marina di Puolo to admire the imposing Sorrento Coast from the sea to Punta Campanella. Late morning sail to the famous Marina Piccola of Capri, a beautiful natural bay near the picturesque Faraglioni. Yoga meditation or gong therapy at Sunset.
Day3
Capri - Ischia North
Awakening yogis. Sail north to Ischia and lunch in the harbor in the Bay of Sammontano or in the Bay of Cetaro, from where it will be possible, for those who wish, to access the famous thermal parks of the Necombo or Poseidon Gardens (afternoon cost access to the spa euro 28/18 per person approximately). Yoga meditation or gong therapy at sunset.
Rada in Laccameno or Porto Forio.
Day4
Ischia - Ventotene
Yoga / meditation in the boat.
Sailing towards Ventotene, a small and evocative island of the Pontine archipelago, of volcanic origin, such as Ischia and Procida, this jewel emerged from the sea, geologically part of the Phlegraean. Stop in Cala Nave for a swim, relax and holistic practices. In the early afternoon, entrance to the port and guided tours of the Cisterna Romana and Villa Giulia.
In the evening visit the island or relax on the boat for a group aperitif

Ventotene - Ischia South
Awakening yogis. After breakfast we'll sail to explore Ventotene from the sea!
Late morning sailing to the south of Ischia for a beneficial break in its thermal waters of the Bay of Sorgeto. Lunch in Sorgeto and in the early afternoon sail to the nearby S. Angelo. Walk to the Maronti beach, famous for its beneficial fumaroles. Yoga on the beach. Dinner on the boat or on land in St. Angelo
Day6
Ischia / Procida
Awakening yogis and boat meditation. After breakfast we will sail to Castel Aragonese / Ischia Porto. Visit to the imposing castle and museum (admission fee 10 euros per person).
Late morning sailing to the picturesque port of Chiolella in Procida.
Lunch / snacks and early afternoon yoga / gong therapy in the harbor or on the Chiaolella beach.
Evening in Procida with dinner on board or in one of the typical restaurants
Day7
Procida - Sorrento Coast - Castellamare di Stabia
Awakening yogis and meditation on the boat or on the beach. After breakfast we will sail to the Corricella for a relaxing break and then en route to the Sorrento Coast, where we will arrive for lunch. Relaxation and holistic practices. In the late afternoon we will enter the Marina of Castellamare and after stopping fuel, we will moor.
Evening in Castellamare with dinner on board or in one of the typical restaurants.
