Your sailing trip
Massive granite rocks polished over eons by the relentless waves of the Indian Ocean and a stunningly beautiful scenery to enjoy.
The climate of the Seychelles is one which is always warm and does not reach extremes of heat or cold. The temperature rarely drops below 24°C at night, or rises above 32°C. All but the remotest southern islands lie outside the cyclone belt making Seychelles a year round destination for sailors, sun worshippers and beach lovers.
Giant palm trees with their famous “coco de mer” nuts, and turquoise inlets fringed with lush green takamakas shading white sand beaches. This is the image we all have about the Seychelles Islands. A paradise. And deservedly so, because these islands, lying off the east coast of Africa just south of the Equator, are stunningly beautiful.
The north-west monsoon carries gentle winds during the months of November to March. The sea is generally calm and the weather warm and humid, with winds averaging 9 to 14 Knots.
The South-East monsoon blows stiffer breezes during the months of May to October bringing drier but cooler weather with choppier seas and winds of 12 to 24 Knots are expected.
The Seychelles offers you an Aquarium beneath and pristine, unspoiled island paradises above. Each island has its own character and natural beauty awaiting your discovery.
Seyscapes can take you to those secluded corners only accessible by boat, offering you a different view to wake up to daily, each as wondrous as the one before.
