Possibility of arrival from 10:00 to 13:00 at our Base in Marina di Procida
Accommodation on board. Welcome and introduction to holistic practices, Hatha Yoga at Corricella at sunset. Dinner on land or on boat.
Day2
Easter: Saturday 08 April 2023
8.00/9.00 Awakening Hatha Yoga: reactivation of circulation and breathing, practice of namaskara, asana, relaxation. After breakfast, we are headed sailing towards Ischia
Lunch. Thermal waters of Sorgeto bay / or Poseidon
Cetraro / San Francesco beach.
Yoga and meditation on the boat.
Roadstead in Lacco Ameno or Porto Forio.
Day3
Easter: Sunday 09 April 2023
Practice Hatha Yoga upon awakening
Sailing towards S. Angelo. Stop to relax in the harbor at S. Angelo and walk to the nearby Maronti beach, famous for its beneficial fumaroles.
Lunch/Snack and ready to sail towards the immortal Capri. Holistic practice in navigation.
At anchor in the famous Marina Piccola, near the Faraglioni, you can go ashore and take a walk in the famous square.
Night at anchor in the roadstead of Capri or in nearby Puolo, Sorrento.
Day 4 – Easter: Monday 10 April 2023
Hatha Yoga awakening: reactivation of circulation and breathing, practice of namaskara, asana, relaxation
Sailing towards Procida, Corricella Bay or Chiaiolella. Stop for relaxation in the harbor and lunch on board.
By 4.00 pm we will return to the port of Procida.

The Oceanis 48 has a mainsail arch and centred mast making her well-balanced and her hull offers great stability and comfort at all speeds. This is an important step in the combination of speed, safety and flow when living on board.
With the scope for a layout of up to five cabins, or three cabins with a spacious forward owner suite, the Oceanis 48 also cleverly places the accent on shared living spaces.
