Infinity has visited places far off the tourist maps, going as remote as Ifaluk and as far as Antarctica. Along the way, the crew get to meet people from cultures and places seldom experienced. They have been involved in numerous environmental activities, exploratory dive voyages and community projects.

Infinity Expedition not only does recreational sailing voyages (link to other blog post) and charters, but partners with organizations and individuals working toward sustainability in the Pacific. Equipped for diving and basic scientific study they offer an unparalleled platform to reach the most inaccessible areas of the globe and to explore the unique marine environment.

Infinity Expedition is more than just cabin charter, they dedicate their expeditions to our oceans and strive to contribute in every way they can to environmental awareness initiatives.  Apart from helping to create documentaries and news articles aimed at education and conservation, they have been involved in other projects such as:

  •         The Greenpeace and Whànau-a-Apanui, Deep Sea Oil Protest
  •         Studying the conservation status of the South Pacific’s coral reefs such as Reef Check in Vanuatu, and a 2 year charter with the Planetary Coral Reef Foundation (PCRF)  from Thailand to Fiji and back to Indonesia
  •         Beach cleanups such as Love Your Coast, assisting  teams to reach beaches that would be otherwise inaccessible. Massive amounts of rubbish wash up on the shores of the remote islands of the Pacific. On Infinity the crew regularly roll up their sleeves and take away as much trash they can carry on deck and deliver it to appropriate recycling facilities.
  •        The 350 Org Climate Change Awareness Outreach. You can be part of this life enriching and fun experience to break through boundaries of personal inhibitions, language barriers and culture clash, and to connect on issues that affect all inhabitants on our planet and its future generations.
