Your sailing trip
A week of cabin charter sailing from the Lofoten Islands to Tromsø in the Arctic summer, with wild fjords, the Troll Fjord, whales and the long light of the northern summer.
This cruise starts in the Lofoten Islands and ends in Tromsø, crossing the heart of northern Norway in the Arctic summer. The days are long and bright, so there is always time for one more bay, one more walk or one more hour on deck.
The route follows the coast from Lofoten towards Tromsø and remains flexible depending on the weather and the group. Passages are planned to leave plenty of time ashore and on the water.
Wild, untouched fjords open between steep mountains, and the Troll Fjord is one of the highlights of the route. Whales can be seen in these waters, and sea fishing for cod, saithe and halibut is possible along the way.
In Lofoten there is a Viking settlement with an open-air museum, and Henningsvær, a fishing village known for one of the most scenic football pitches in the world. Senja island offers hiking and quiet moments in a big landscape.
Life on board is relaxed and shared. The group sails together, takes part in running the boat and spends the evenings at anchor in the quiet of the fjords.
