If you have yet no idea with whom to spend the holidays or if you prefer to widen the circle of your friends, to unwind and take a moment for you and love to experience Yoga meditation techniques that you have not tried or simply deepen your yoga practice with an experienced and qualified teacher...well then join us on a special gulet tour starting in Venice and ending in the Krk for a unique one way cruise. All this passing through some of the most beautiful spots in Croatia!
We will explore or approach the Yoga practice along with Alexandra Van Oosterum and experience the practices best suited to create wellness in the summer!
Boarding at 16.00, check in, accommodation on board, briefing the Captain on safety standards; Presentation of the Yoga program with Alexandra Van Oosteerum; circumnavigation and excursion in San Domino, dinner on board and departure from the Tremiti Islands. We aim the compass to Croatia, first to the island of Pianosa, and then Pelagosa (Croatia), along the handful of islands fortunately unknown to mass tourism and still pristine, to reach Uble in the island of Lastovo here we will make the entrance documents at the Croatian border the next day, then we will enjoy swimming in beautiful bays.
Day2
Lastovo
After breakfast we move to a bay Lastovo island, wonderful and wild, where we stop for a swim and yoga. Lastovo is a great place for meditation and relaxation. In the afternoon, just after lunch we set sail to the Island of Korkula or Hvar (depending on forecast) a special destination impossible to miss. After dinner, for those who want to, it is possible to walk to the castle where you can dance as well! Then you will return on board after a day well spent, no time limits, thanks to the dinghy service.

Hvar
From the island of Hvar, after yoga, we move in front in the bay where there are small islands with natural harbors comb, special places for a swim, the water pools are really beautiful, a walk on land in nature, an aperitif in the terraced sea bar ..and the raw seafood, caught by the crew, to be enjoyed as an aperitif with a spritz before lunch. After lunch we move and decide where to go, Split if the meteorology suggests or lengthen further north towards Sibenik to get there in the evening. Then dinner and hike down and back on board to pass the night. The weather will decide if we sail also in the night to be in a different scenary for tomorrow morning.
Day4
Kornati
Yoga in the morning in the quiet surrounded by nature. We set sail to the open sea route to the Kornati marine park. Navigation in this amazing archipelago, meditations and lectures on yoga deck with Alexandra, sunbathing and stops for swimming, lunch on board.
Day5
Dugj Otok
Breakfast. We head to the park Dugj Otok, we will make a trip to the inland lakes over practices yoga in these quiet islands. In the evening we will arrive in Mali Losinj. Free dinner and excursion on the island.
Day6
Pula
Once in Pula, visit of the Roman amphitheater and the city, lunch on board with oysters harvested from the crew as aperitif hike in the cute old town for shopping, this is the last landing in Croatia; evening with dinner ashore and back on board sailing at night to return to Italy, Venice lies ahead, those who wants, at dawn can photograph the incredible sunrise drinking italian coffe!
DAY 7 - VENICE: Buffet breakfasts, arrival in Laguna and visiting the Venice Architecture Exhibition of the Biennale, the Ducal Palace, the Rialto Bridge and; The boat will be moored in the new Marina of S.Elena one ferry stop from the Venice Film festival not to be missed!
Our cruise is now ending but, if you like and depending from availability, you can stay in Boat & Breakfast formula and spend your nights on board also for the following days and enjoy Venice! Free tours in the historic center of Venice or the Lido for the red carpet of the Film festival. Evening at Cinema with free choice of films to watch to suit your preferences. Yacht - Gulet
The Turkish Gulet “Freedom” can comfortably welcome you with its generous spaces, is 32 meters long, 7.50 wide, has an area exposed to the sun for about 200 square meters on three levels, has a staircase to the descents in water and easy lifts from the water.
The interiors are air-conditioned in the sultry days and 10 cabins have private bathrooms. 2 living rooms have seating for all guests. She has a plasma TV 42 ” with decoder, DVD and with a good stereo system for listening to your music too. The rooms and furnishings are in a marine style, in colors of mahogany wood combined with white and blue. The Gulet is equipped with instrumentation and safety for travel anywhere in the Mediterranean Sea.
The Gulet was once a boat used for fishing and transportation of goods. In recent years this sturdy hull, built entirely of mahogany, has been used for cruises in the sign of comfort and relaxing moments. The turkish gulet is not an ordinary small boat, because of its size it is similar to mega yachts. Its robustness ensures a safe and comfortable navigation, with large outdoor sundeck. It mainly navigate on engine with a cruising speed approximately of 7/10 knots, but in the presence of bearing breezes can sailing with the stern wind.
Designers in fact, have focused more on comfort and safety, for theis reason the Gulet is also suitable for those who do not have a ” sea foot “, inclined to prefer sweet sailing with calm seas and a stability and seaworthiness without risk.
These Yachts have a minimum 3-person crew: the commander, who leads the boat trips ensuring the safety of the guests, the cook, busy preparing the meals, one or two sailors appointed to provide assistance to guests and the cleaning of the boat.

Daily schedule
We will have 2 daily sessions of 2 hours dedicated to yoga.
We will practice: Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra positions both dynamic and static, pranayama, concentration exercises with relaxation techniques on the deck of the Gulet or in a cove of the islands.
In the seminar we will experience the practices best suited to create wellness in the summer, even with exchange of foot massages.

What to take on board?
Remember to bring a soft bag or backpack, suitcase, once you have arranged the contents, will be left on the ground in a storage at MARLINTREMITI.
For the Navigation-Boating is barefoot or wearing shoes with clear rubber soles to be used only on board (like Superga) – A pair of shorts – A pair of long pants, – Two shirts; – A pullover – an heavy sweater – Two pairs of socks – Two changes of underwear; For your diving-personal equipment except tank, weights and belt, For the Sun – Two swimsuits – Sunscreens of various degrees of protection (attention to Oil, it stains the wood of the bridge), – after-sun creams, – beach towel to lie down; – Sunglasses – Caplet with visor; In case of bad weather -wool Cap; – lightweight waterproof jacket or oilskin, To sleep – Pajamas , t-shirt or sweat suit at your discretion and according to your habits; for the Personal Care-Soap and / or detergent as usual – a large towel – A small towel; For Personal Health-daily use medicines (grant the continuity of your eventual care) – uncommon medicine for emergencies to which you are subject (the pharmacy of the Tremiti might not have them); To land-One pair of shoes to be used only on the ground; Furthermore do not forget your camera and a good book, excellent companion to enjoy the moments of silence during a break in some drops.
