Combine relaxed gulet sailing along the Amalfi Coast and the islands of the Gulf of Naples with wine tastings at historic Campania cellars, from Amalfi to the slopes of Vesuvius.
The cruise sails through the Gulf of Naples and along the Amalfi Coast, moving between Capri, Ischia and Procida and the steep, vineyard covered slopes that rise from the coastline between Sorrento and Vietri sul Mare. Days alternate between coastal sailing and short hops to the islands, with several stops timed around lunch or dinner ashore rather than purely around distance.
Navigation favors short legs close to the coast, with the gulet anchoring most nights in a bay or a small marina rather than covering long open water stretches. The pace allows time most days for a swim, a walk through a village, or an excursion inland to visit a cellar before returning on board for the night.
Terraced hillsides planted with vines, olive groves and citrus orchards line much of the coast, a landscape that has shaped both the cuisine and the wine traditions of Campania for centuries. The volcanic soil around Vesuvius and the steep slopes above the Amalfi Coast give the region's wines a distinct character, closely tied to the sea views that surround them.
Amalfi carries its history as an ancient maritime republic, Positano is known for its vertical streets, and Cetara for its small fishing fleet and anchovy tradition. Capri and Ischia add islands to the route, with the volcanic, thermal character of Ischia contrasting with Capri's rockier coastline around the Faraglioni.
Life on board follows a similar pattern most days, breakfast before the morning's navigation, a stop for swimming, and an excursion ashore in the afternoon or evening, often built around a meal or a wine tasting featuring local products. Onboard cooking draws on the same Campania pantry, fresh fish, pasta, cheeses and seasonal vegetables, echoing the food encountered ashore.
Itinerary
Day1
Boarding in Marina di Stabia
Marina di Stabia is around a thirty-minute transfer from the center of Naples. Boarding takes place in the late afternoon, with sailing starting around 5pm and the first night spent at anchor off Capri. Dinner is either on board or at a local restaurant ashore.
Day2
Amalfi Coast and Tenuta San Francesco
After breakfast, set sail towards the Amalfi Coast, with stops along the way in scenic bays such as Nerano and the Li Galli islands, or alternatively time to visit Capri's piazzetta and narrow lanes before sailing on around lunchtime. The gulet arrives in Amalfi marina by around 3.30pm, where a private transfer leads to the Tenuta San Francesco cellar for a wine tasting and dinner featuring local products, before returning on board in the evening for the night in the marina.
Day3
Conca dei Marini, Cetara and a wine tasting on board
Breakfast is taken in Amalfi, with a couple of hours free to explore the town center. The gulet then sails past the Furore fjord, stopping at the Emerald Grotto in the bay of Conca dei Marini for lunch. A short stretch of navigation follows towards Cetara, often with a further stop for a swim, arriving in Cetara marina by around 5.30pm. The evening features a wine tasting on board, led by either Mila Vuolo's sommelier service or the Vigne Raito wine cellar, paired with a complimentary food tasting, with the night spent in Cetara marina.
Day4
Positano and Capri
After setting sail, the morning is spent visiting Positano before continuing coastal sailing in the afternoon, with notable views, a swim, and a return to anchor in a bay off Capri. The evening is free to visit the village and have dinner in a local restaurant, with the night spent at anchor in Capri.
Day5
Ischia Island
After breakfast, sail to Ischia, with a stop near the small village of Sant'Angelo. The route continues along the island's coastline, with a swim in Cartaromana bay before anchoring for the night below the Aragonese Castle.
Day6
Procida
After breakfast, those interested can visit the Aragonese Castle before sailing the short distance to Procida, with stops for swimming in scenic bays and time to enjoy the island's villages. The night is spent at anchor off Procida.
Day7
Sorrento Peninsula, Marina di Stabia and disembarkation
An early start brings the gulet to the Sorrento Peninsula for the morning, until lunchtime. After lunch, sail back to Marina di Stabia, arriving by around 3pm, in time for a private transfer to a wine cellar beneath the slopes of Vesuvius, either Sorrentino Vini or Tenuta le Lune del Vesuvio, for a final wine and food tasting. Disembarkation takes place the following morning, by 9am, marking the end of the services.

Onboard space is generous and sociable, well suited both to close family groups and to larger private celebrations.
The deck is divided into clear zones for different moments of the day, a forward area often given over to water activities, a central sundeck with cushioned seating, and a shaded aft section built around a large table where the whole group can gather for meals.
Guest cabins are private, each fitted with its own en suite bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to twelve people across the boat.
A full crew, including a captain, sailor, cook and hostess, takes care of the cruise from start to finish, handling navigation, meals and daily housekeeping so guests can stay fully focused on the time on board.
The exact gulet assigned to the cruise will be confirmed before departure, with comfort, layout and crew service kept consistent across the fleet.
