A week between the magic and energy of the Aeolian Islands, sailing among the islands of the mythological Aeolus, undisputed god of the winds, and going to discover the ancestral fascinations of two volcanoes still active: Stromboli, the lava giant that enchants with primal force of its eruptions and Vulcano Island, home of the god of fire.
Have you ever dreamt of escaping to a Yoga and Sail adventure? Come on board on an exclusive sailing boat cruising across the Archipelago of the Aeolian Islands. Limited to a maximum of 8 guests each, this sail, yoga and meditation retreat is created with attention to detail and will take you to one of the most amazing area in Mediterranean Sea.
Yoga can benefit everyone, whether your intention is to become stronger, flexible, serene or to cultivate a greater sense of self awareness. In the practice of Yoga we work hard to create unity: within ourselves and in relation to other people. It is our wish to help you follow this path to the best of your ability and for this reason during the sailing tour and the practice of yoga in the Aeolian Islands with us we will do our best to help you get nearer to achieving this goal.

Itinerary
Day
1
Embarking in Capo d'Orlando
Boarding at 5:00 pm on board your catamaran in Capo d'Orlando, check in with the captain. Participation in the galley and its accommodation on board. We will try to set sail immediately if all operations are carried out in time towards the first of the Aeolian Islands, Vulcano. Arrived after 3 hours in the south of Vulcano in the Gelsi bay or in the Levante port of the island. Depending on the time of arrival you can have dinner on Vulcano or a simple walk on the beach.
Meditation and holistic activities in navigation.

2
Vulcano to Filicudi
Hatha yoga on land, beach or peer (depends on the mooring side and the time of arrival). After doing the holistic activity, you are ready for breakfast and for a morning dedicated to the discovery of Vulcano; bath in the sulphurous springs or walk to Vulcanello.
After lunch we set sail towards the Faraglioni of Lipari and after swimming and a relaxing stop, to follow set with route to Filicudi island, the wildest of the Aeolian islands which is also defined as the island of artists.
At Capo Graziano on the west side of the island we will choose a bay for lunch Grotta del bue Marino or near the incredible vertical rock called "la Canna". Relax and snorkling before moving in front of the small port of the Pecorini village to have dinner on land and spend the night under the starry sky.

3
Filicudi to Salina
Upon awakening yoga ashore, breakfast and then navigation to the famous bay of Pollara in Salina, a small village on the cliff where “The Postman” a famous Italian film was shot. From here after lunch we will turn to the village of Santa Maria and spend a night in the marina od Salina.

Salina to Stromboli
Upon awakening Hatha yoga ashore (or at Marina di Salina or in Lingua).
After the holistic activities here is a rich breakfast in Lingua where you can taste the famous Granita da Alfredo. Set sails to Stromboli stopping for lunch and swimming in one of the Panarea satellite rocks.
Arrival in the late afternoon in the north side of Stromboli to admire the eruptions from the sea and then ashore after a quick dinner on board to explore the island of the geckos ... Night meditation by the anchor.

5
Stromboli to Panarea
Pranayama and yoga awakening on the beach and breakfast ashore with granita and brioche and ready to sail around the Strombolicchio rock which is located a few hundred meters from the island.
Ready to sail to Panarea. Stop for swimming and relaxation between Calajunco, a beautiful turquoise green natural pool, the Lisca Bianca islet with the famous Lovers' cave and Lisca Nera. Late afternoon we are at anchor in the beautiful Milazzese bay, where after a yoga session on board we are ready to go ashore.

Panarea to Lipari
Holistic activities:
Pranayama and yoga awakening by boat
Yoga afternoon on the beach.
Following navigation to Lipari with a relaxing break and lunch in front of the White Beach, that is the pumice quarries that make the water very transparent. Lunch in the bay and in the late afternoon we will moor at the piers of Lipari to refuel and to enjoy a free exit to visit the town of Lipari.

Lipari to Capo D'Orlando
We will leave early heading south, towards Vulcano island, to stop later in one of the beautiful bays of Vulcano and enjoy a relaxing bath and where we will admire a very varied coast full of reddish colors typical of the island (worth to visit the Grotta del Cavallo). Before returning to Capo D'Orlando, where we will spend the last evening celebrating together, we will have time to take a swim at the beach of Vinci with its fumaroles.
The morning after: Check out> Breakfast and Check out from 9:00.
