The cruise departs from Preveza, on the mainland coast at the mouth of the Ambracian Gulf, and follows a circular route through the central Ionian Islands before returning to the same marina at the end of the week. The sailing area is known for its sheltered waters, green islands and steady summer breezes, with daily legs that leave plenty of time to swim, relax and explore ashore.
Navigation is handled by a professional skipper, leaving guests free to relax on deck, enjoy the coastline or take part in sailing at their own level. The route is adapted each day to wind, sea state and the mood of the group, so no two weeks on this itinerary look exactly alike.
The first stretch leads through the Lefkada canal, a narrow channel cut across the island's northern tip, before opening onto the calm waters between Lefkada and Meganisi. Meganisi is a small, quiet island with deep inlets and peaceful villages such as Spartochori and Vathy, where tavernas sit right on the water. Across the channel, Ithaca offers the pretty harbor of Kioni, wrapped in cypress-covered hills and lined with restaurants and old stone houses.
The route then continues to Fiskardo, at the northern tip of Kefalonia, one of the few Ionian villages that kept its Venetian-style waterfront and pastel houses. From there the sail heads back towards the mainland, with a stop at the quiet island of Kalamos and the green, wooded bays of Sivota, before the return to Preveza.
Days settle into an easy rhythm: a morning swim, a relaxed sailing leg, lunch at anchor in clear water and an afternoon arrival in a harbor or village, followed by dinner at a waterfront taverna.

Day1
Boarding in Preveza
Guests join the boat in Preveza and settle into their cabins. A safety briefing and a walkthrough of the week's route follow, and the first evening is spent in the harbor with dinner in one of the waterfront tavernas.
Day2
Preveza to Lefkada
An easy first sailing leg leads along the coast to Lefkada town, at the northern end of the Lefkada canal, with a lunch and swim stop at anchor along the way. The afternoon arrival is in Lefkada town, where the marina is a short walk from the town's pedestrian streets and cafes.
Day3
Lefkada to Meganisi
A short sail crosses the sheltered channel to Meganisi, with a swim stop in one of the island's deep, turquoise bays. The evening is spent in Spartochori or Vathy, both with tavernas right on the water.
Day4
Meganisi to Kioni, Ithaca
The route continues to Ithaca and the small harbor of Kioni, with a lunch stop at anchor in clear water. Kioni is a pretty village of stone houses climbing the hillside, with a lively waterfront for the evening.
Day5
Ithaca to Fiskardo, Kefalonia
The route heads north along the coast of Ithaca and across to Fiskardo, on the northern tip of Kefalonia. The old harbor, with its pastel houses and waterfront restaurants, is among the most atmospheric in the Ionian.
Day6
Fiskardo to Kalamos
The sail turns back towards the mainland and the quiet island of Kalamos, with a swim stop in a secluded bay on the way. The evening is peaceful, in a small harbor with a few family-run tavernas.
Day7
Kalamos to Sivota and Return to Preveza
The final leg calls at the sheltered, green bays of Sivota, on the Epirus coast, for a last lunch and swim, then continues to Preveza. A farewell dinner ashore closes the week, with the last night on board in the marina, and disembarkation takes place the following morning.

A compact catamaran that sails noticeably better than its size suggests, with a layout that makes the most of every square meter through a dual helm design that opens the entire aft area into a single connected living space.
This is an 11.33-metre catamaran designed by VPLP with interior styling by Nauta Design, built to deliver a genuine sailing experience without sacrificing the onboard comfort that makes a week at sea feel easy rather than demanding. The most immediately practical feature is the twin aft helm configuration: the two helm stations are positioned outboard on either side of the cockpit, which leaves the entire central area of the stern free and creates a seamless connection between the cockpit, the saloon and the water. This one-level living approach means the boat feels considerably more open than its length implies.
The cockpit is the social center of the boat, with a table capable of seating the full group for meals, direct access down to the water from the stern steps and easy movement between the deck and the saloon through wide openings. The forward trampolines add additional outdoor space for relaxing at anchor or watching the water during a passage. The saloon is modest in size, as expected on a 37-foot catamaran, but well organized, with a galley suited to real cooking and a chart table that keeps navigation separate from the living area.
Below deck, this model is available in three or four cabin configurations. The four-cabin version used by the operator accommodates up to nine guests including the skipper, with two double cabins in each hull and a shared bathroom per hull. Cabins are compact but practical, with opening skylights and large elongated portlights that bring in natural light and ventilation. The boat sails well in the light to moderate conditions of a typical summer, reaching comfortable passage speeds that make the daily distances between islands feel relaxed rather than rushed.
