The Yoga & sail experiences are a great combination of spiritual retreat and vacation; adventures open to all, both for practicing experts and beginners.
We will sail safely with our skipper, experimenting with the basic maneuvers of a sailboat and we will always have a certified yoga teacher on board, to guide the morning and / or evening classes.
The yoga practices (asanas) will always be done on the ground, in the most beautiful beaches. So much land and sea energy will recharge our batteries!
They will be days in full contact with nature, spending nights in the harbor under the moon and the stars, unplugging our daily commitments!
Imagine getting up early in the morning and diving into a turquoise sea for a super invigorating bath before practicing yoga. The water element will help us deeply harmonize our chakras, to wash away all the dry branches of the inner work done in the previous months. We will find a deep inner balance and we will return home regenerated!

Born and raised in France, in 2000 I moved to Italy for professional reasons and since then I have remained passionate. After years of regular practice and seminars, I decided to continue my holistic path started in 2009 with ayurveda and to train myself to teach yoga. In yoga I found my size and found myself. Thanks to yoga we learn to know each other, to accept ourselves, to free ourselves and therefore to progress on our own path! The focus of my teaching is to guide people to a new state of awareness through Yoga practices. I teach Yoga Alliance RYT-500 integral yoga with a specialization in Anukalana yoga, yoga in pregnancy, yoga for children, Parinama yoga (with yoga wall), yoga therapy and Partner yoga. Practical Ayurvedic treatments and Thai yoga massage. My mantra is "to do good for others and around me".
