We'll be Yoga sailing for a week in the Ionian Sea. A week to unwind, connect and explore the amazing nature of Greece.
During the trip we will visit the islands Lefkas and Meganisi the two diamonds of the Ionian, Kalamos with the stunning beaches where the pine trees touch the water and Kastos full of olive trees, before exploring Ithaca, the home land of Ulysses with the numerous small beaches, hiking paths and local gastronomy.
Hopping from island to island we'll be practicing yoga twice a day in beautiful and remote beaches.
The rest of the day we'll be hiking, snorkeling, learning about the history and culture of the islands but also spending time together cooking on the boat and enjoying the sun!
There will be the opportunity to learn basic sailing or freediving principals too!
